Experienced with mechanical and hydraulic slides, multiple stage actions, lifters, un-screwing cores, and manifolds including valve-gating. In-house design; full service from part design, mold designs, fixture and machine designs. Injection molding try-out presses; 150, 250, 500, and 1,100 tons, with periphery equipment. Contract machining. Vertical and horizontal machining centers up to 80” x 50” x 40”. Gun drilling; ¼” to 1.0” diameter, and CNC EDM (die sinkers). Quality System registered to ISO 9001:2000.
